According to Oliver Schaugg, owner of the Rebhof am See and the producer of 4 Chicken Gin, said, it all started because of a chicken. Among the 4 lucky chickens in their winery “Mosi” was the extraordinary one – a gypsy chicken! She was the hidden star in the community of family members and visitors and finally, she became the symbol for their exceptional “4 Chicken Gin”
With great enthusiasm and lots of love and good energy, they started their Gin adventure. Based on biological botanicals, distilled and freshly energized water from Lake Constance-Europes biggest drinking water source, they finally developed an extraordinary, very fruity BioGIN dedicated in “London Dry Quality”.
Just this recently, Oliver joined 4 Chicken Gin in the London Awards 2021 and has won a Gold Award, awarded by London Newspaper.
