Sales of Kylie Minogue Wine increased by a record – breaking 314 percent

Even with the incredible early success of her business, which sold one million bottles in double-quick time to become one of the fastest-growing wine brands in the UK, sales of pop princess Kylie Minogue’s wine brand are soaring in the off-trade.

The brand is now valued at £18.9 million, according to Nielsen figures published by The Grocer, with volumes increasing by an astounding 314.9 percent.

After only 10 months on store shelves, Minogue’s Prosecco rosé last year overtook all other brands in the UK.

Kylie Minogue’s wines are distributed by London-based Benchmark Drinks, a brand creator and distributor that hopes to emulate her success by teaming up with Take That singer Gary Barlow.

Peninsula Viticultores of Spain’s organic rosé has been added by Barlow to his wine lineup. The grapes for the wine were picked at night in Castile and are made up entirely of Tempranillo.
